Importing your iApotheca history into NarcCount

Moving off iApotheca? Sign in to it once and NarcCount brings your whole history over by itself, checked against iApotheca's own totals. No CSV.

Moving from iApotheca? You don't start from zero, and you don't export anything.

How to bring it over

  • On your new NarcCount account, open Upload and choose Moving from iApotheca.
  • Enter your iApotheca address, email and password. The password is used once to sign in and never saved.
  • Leave it running. You see each part arrive, then the result: it matches iApotheca, or exactly what didn't.

What comes over

  • Every count, with its lines and notes.
  • Purchases, dispensing and destructions. Dispensing comes with the Rx number, never patient details.
  • Your drug list.

From another tool

Export Date, DIN and Quantity as CSV and use the import panels on Purchases, Dispensing and Destructions.

From then on

Once the baseline and back-history are in, every future count reconciles automatically: Expected = Last Count + Purchased − Dispensed − Destroyed. Connect Kroll and your records flow in by themselves; otherwise upload your reports.
